ASKO began with a simple act of care: a washing machine built to make life easier for someone who needed it.
That spirit still guides ASKO today. Every appliance is designed to solve familiar tasks in a better way, with Scandinavian restraint, thoughtful engineering and attention to the smallest details.
Because when you have thought about the smallest detail, you have thought about everything.
Born from care.
Perfected by craft.

ASKO began with a simple act of care.
In 1950, in Jung, Sweden, Karl-Erik Andersson built a washing machine to ease his mother’s burden. It cleaned better, heated its own water, spun the laundry and was built in durable stainless steel.
What began as one thoughtful solution soon became the start of ASKO.
ASKO, inspired
by Scandinavia
Not only as a place, but as a way of life.
It is a way of thinking shaped by simplicity, ingenuity, sustainability and an appreciation for everyday moments. The result is design that feels calm, purposeful and deeply practical.
Not more for the sake of more. Better, because it makes life at home feel simpler, smoother and more considered.

Designed
around real life.
Care you can
see, hear and feel.

Many appliances perform similar tasks.
They heat, cool, clean, wash, dry and preserve.
ASKO’s difference is in how these tasks are solved.
