5-in-1
Combi Cooking

by ASKO

Modern ovens have become more capable, bringing together steam, convection heat, grilling and microwave cooking. Each has its place, depending on the dish, the texture and the result you want.

ASKO brought these methods closer to the way people actually cook.

The ASKO
Difference

An oven designed around the way a recipe unfolds.

5-in-1 Combi Cooking brings conventional oven heat, microwave cooking, Pure Steam, combination cooking and Stage Cooking into one appliance, so each part of the cooking process can be supported with the method it needs.

with confidence

Conventional Oven Heat

Conventional oven heat remains the foundation of great oven cooking. It gives dishes the dry heat needed for baking, roasting, browning and finishing, helping create structure, colour and texture across everyday meals and more considered recipes.

Heat faster,
more evenly

Inverter Microwave System

Microwave cooking supports faster heating from within, making it useful for reheating, defrosting and shortening cooking time. ASKO’s microwave system helps distribute energy more evenly, supporting faster results with fewer hot and cold spots.

Preserve moisture,
texture and flavour

Pure Steam System by ASKO

Pure Steam separates condensed water before steam enters the oven cavity, so food is cooked with clean, controlled steam rather than excess water droplets. This gives ingredients the moisture they need without compromising texture or natural flavour.

Balanced cooking,
inside and out

Conventional Heat + Microwave

Microwave energy helps heat food from within, while conventional oven heat supports the exterior with browning, texture and finish. This combination helps dishes cook through more efficiently while still achieving the result expected from proper oven cooking.

Build texture without
losing tenderness

Conventional Heat + Steam

Steam helps retain moisture and tenderness during cooking, while conventional oven heat supports colour, structure and surface finish. This combination is useful for dishes such as bread, roasts, fish and vegetables, where the food should stay moist while still achieving an oven-cooked result.

into recipes

Stage Cooking by ASKO

Stage Cooking is what brings the methods together. It allows selected oven functions to run one after another within a single programme, so a dish can move through different stages such as steaming for moisture, microwave-assisted cooking for efficient heating and conventional oven heat for colour, texture or finish.
