Promotion Terms
& Conditions
These Promotion Terms and Conditions apply to promotions, offers, discounts, bundles, gifts with purchase, vouchers, events and other marketing activities offered by The K Word Pte. Ltd. in Singapore.
By participating in any promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and any additional promotion-specific terms stated in our advertisements, website, showroom, quotation, invoice, social media post or other official communication.
1. About the promoter
Promotions are organised by The K Word Pte. Ltd., the authorised distributor of ASKO in Singapore, unless otherwise stated.
For the purpose of these terms, “The K Word”, “we”, “us” or “our” refers to The K Word Pte. Ltd. and our authorised representatives.
2. Promotion period
Each promotion is valid only during the stated promotion period.
Promotions are not valid before the start date or after the end date, unless otherwise stated in writing by The K Word Pte. Ltd..
We may extend, shorten, suspend or withdraw a promotion where necessary, subject to applicable laws and any commitments already made to eligible customers.
3. Eligibility
Promotions are open to customers in Singapore unless otherwise stated.
A promotion may be limited to selected products, selected models, selected purchase channels, selected authorised dealers, showroom purchases, online enquiries, events or other stated conditions.
The K Word Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to verify a customer’s eligibility before providing any promotional benefit.
4. Participating products
Promotions apply only to the products specifically stated in the relevant promotion.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions do not apply to display sets, clearance items, discontinued models, spare parts, accessories, service fees, installation fees, delivery fees or previous purchases.
Product availability is subject to stock availability at the time of purchase.
5. Pricing, discounts and bundles
Promotional prices, discounts, bundles and packages are valid only during the stated promotion period and subject to the stated conditions.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined with other discounts, vouchers, packages, trade-in offers, corporate rates, partner privileges or ongoing promotions.
Where a promotion applies to a bundle or package, all required products must be purchased together in a single transaction to enjoy the promotional benefit.
6. Gifts with purchase
Where a promotion includes a gift with purchase, the gift is available while stocks last.
Gifts are not exchangeable for cash, credit, discount, refund or other items.
If the stated gift becomes unavailable, The K Word Pte. Ltd. may replace it with an item of similar value, where appropriate.
The gift may be subject to separate warranty terms provided by the gift supplier, brand owner or manufacturer.
7. Vouchers and promotional codes
Vouchers, promotional codes and digital offers must be used within the stated validity period.
Unless otherwise stated, each voucher or promotional code may be used only once and cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, resold or transferred.
Lost, expired, damaged or misused vouchers and promotional codes will not be replaced.
8. Redemption process
Customers may be required to provide proof of purchase, product model, serial number, invoice number, contact details or other supporting information to redeem a promotional benefit.
Incomplete, inaccurate, late or duplicate redemptions may be rejected.
The K Word Pte. Ltd. is not responsible for unsuccessful redemptions caused by incorrect information, delayed submission, technical issues outside our control or failure to meet the stated promotion requirements.
9. Delivery, installation and service fees
Unless otherwise stated, promotional prices do not include delivery, installation, dismantling, disposal, site modification, additional labour, accessories, parts, consumables or service-related charges.
Any additional charges will be advised separately where applicable.
10. Returns, cancellations and exchanges
If a purchase is cancelled, refunded, exchanged or returned, the promotional benefit may also be cancelled, withdrawn or adjusted.
Where a gift, voucher or promotional item has already been issued, The K Word Pte. Ltd. may require it to be returned unused and in its original condition, or deduct its value from any refund or adjustment, subject to applicable laws.
11. Product information and images
Product images, lifestyle visuals and promotional materials are for illustration purposes only.
Actual products, finishes, colours, accessories, dimensions, installation conditions and availability may vary.
Product specifications, features, prices and promotional details may change without prior notice.
12. Errors and omissions
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that promotional information is accurate.
In the event of a typographical error, pricing error, system error, stock error, incorrect product information or other obvious mistake, The K Word Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to correct the error and update, withdraw or cancel the affected promotion, subject to applicable laws.
13. Personal data
Personal data collected for promotion participation, enquiry, redemption, delivery, installation, warranty, service or marketing purposes will be handled in accordance with our Data Protection Policy.
Where marketing communications are involved, you may withdraw your consent or unsubscribe in accordance with the instructions provided in our communication or by contacting us directly.
14. Third-party platforms
Some promotions may be advertised or conducted through third-party platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, online marketplaces or partner websites.
These platforms are not responsible for the promotion unless expressly stated. Use of such platforms may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
15. Additional promotion-specific terms
Certain promotions may include additional terms, such as minimum purchase requirements, model exclusions, redemption deadlines, event-only conditions, purchase channel restrictions or limited quantity conditions.
If there is any inconsistency between these general Promotion Terms and Conditions and the specific terms of a particular promotion, the specific promotion terms will apply.
16. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The K Word Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense arising from participation in a promotion, except where such liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
17. Changes to these terms
The K Word Pte. Ltd. may update these Promotion Terms and Conditions from time to time.
The latest version will be published on our website with the updated date.
18. Governing law
These Promotion Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
